Rebel

Rebel is our resident shadow queen who patrols twenty acres of sanctuary land with the precision of a seasoned detective, melting into shade under pistachio trees before emerging to claim her rightful throne—a wicker perch on Grandpa's front porch. This fierce tortoiseshell came to us from SEAACA five years ago as wild as the wind, and while she's decidedly unimpressed by human attention, she's got a soft spot for allogrooming with fellow ferals, pot belly pigs, and the occasional chair leg. Every evening, she returns to her lookout like clockwork, keeping watch over her kingdom with the quiet confidence of someone who knows exactly where home is.

Highly feral and fiercely independent, living up to her name. Decidedly uninterested in people and prefers not to be perceived by humans. However, she's social with other animals and will allorub with fellow ferals, pot belly pigs, chair legs, and whatever is nearby. Patrols the property ranging across 10 acres hunting for rodents, enjoys melting into shade under pistachio trees. Returns nightly to claim her wicker perch on Grandpa's front porch like it's the safest lookout in the world. Wild and watchful but appreciates quiet, safe places to retreat.
